Plain and simple: we collect only what we need to give you a quote and do the work, and we never sell your information to data brokers or marketers.

What we collect

Quote requests: your name, phone number, optional email, property address, and the details you share about your tree — sent through the form on this site.
Photos you send: if you attach photos of your tree to a quote request, or text them to us, we use those photos only to estimate and quote your job. They are shared only with the licensed tree company that would do the work — never sold, and never used for marketing or anything else.
Calls and texts: if you call or text us, we keep the number and a record of the conversation so we can follow up on your job.
Website analytics: like most sites, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and roughly where they're located. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

Maryland Commercial Tree connects homeowners and property managers with a licensed Maryland tree company that provides the estimates and does the work. When you request a quote, we share your request — name, phone, property address, and the tree details you gave us — with that company so they can call you back and quote the job.
To call or text you back, schedule your estimate, and provide your written quote.
To schedule, perform, and follow up on tree work you've requested.
To understand which services and areas people are looking for, so we can serve them better.

What we never do

We never sell your information to data brokers or marketers, and we never share it with anyone except the tree company fulfilling your request and the tools that run this website (hosting, forms, analytics).
We don't share your information for anyone else's marketing. Legal requirements are the only other exception.
We don't send marketing texts or emails to quote requesters. If we ever start a newsletter, it will be opt-in only.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, call us at (443) 873-3338 and we'll take care of it.
